Values
Adventurous: From the angle of the beneficiary, team and partner. It exposes the beneficiaries to learn in an adventurous atmosphere and especially the curriculum that gives them the courage to do so. The partner as well will be partners who want to connect with the hope of learning a new thing from us the organization and that we want to add value to their organization through the various activities.
Accountable: the organization priority during training is the safety and wellness of the beneficiary and also on the part of the partner that all finance and kinds are well accounted. This gives credibility to both of us as an organization and to the continuous partnership of the funders.
Integrity: Regardless of our status as an NGO, the integrity of our organ is most vital. It opens the brandmark to potential funders and also captures our message in more credible manner.
Divisibility: One unique value of our organization. We understand that the blind and partially sighted women in Nigeria are across all ethnicities, and location, age and ses. It is to this we respect and will want to connect to pass the message that covers a uniqueness especially when it deals with the various sectors of the blind and partially sighted women.
Whenever there are programs, partnership, in- take, etc. we consider inversibility as a core- value.
Philosophy
Eagle’s Voice is based on the principle that disability is a thing of the mind and rather when there is a sense of belonging and willingness, there will be development. Thus, blind and partially sighted women are empowered through gaining basic skills to attain leadership roles.
